I had a ball at Brown Owls this morning and the flowers for my rug are now slowly stacking up.
The rug pattern is from an old issue of Better Homes and gardens, though I'm not actually using the flowers they made, their instructions did my head in. Instead I'm using a flower by my lovely teacher today.

So now, I only have another 474 and a half flowers left to do!

I love those bold colours with such a delicate motif..I think your rug will be very special..so on to the next flower!
wish I was closer, would love to come to Brown owls.
I'm covering a chair in Yo-Yo's for an exhibition idea which luckily is ages away ( we have just put in the application ) as I think I will need about 2000!!! Keep going your's will be done in no time :-)
