Eye Spy... Something I plan to make for a little person

I needed to change that title from past to future tense. Even though the baby is due in two weeks, I'm still unpacking (only two boxes left!!) and haven't started making yet. After the nappies are done, here are some of the tutorials I've bookmarked to play with....
Thanks to Mary-Jane for this week's theme and to Cindy for hosting.

Only 2 weeks!!! Wow!! Very exciting! All of these are beautiful - I would happily play in the Princess Pavilion Tent myself - although would have to crawl through and even then may not fit! :) Will be thinking of you over the next couple of weeks and am looking forward to seeing pics of your little one soon!!!

Only two boxes? That's great! But you'd better get started - especially with the gowns and onesies. Oh and the booties. I'd like to live in the pavilion tent!

First of all - that ruffle-butt onesie is absolutely adorable!

Growing up I had a collection of hand puppets my mum made for me. Some were animals similar to the washcloth puppets, but there were also a witch, king and queen, ghost... And I also had a stage she had made to go with it - a decorated curtain with a bar that would hang from in a doorway so I could hide behind and put on puppet plays. I LOVED it!!

I also had a fabric doll house that mum made me with a family of hand-made plush bears (I think it mith have been a Goldilocks and the Three Bears set?) I loved that too.

I look forward to hopefully sharing those and the other toys and doll clothes my mum made me with my own little one one day and telling her all about her grandmother and the love she put into every stitch. I'm sure your little one will love and cherish her toys too!

Hmmm... It's been a few days of no posting. are you busy unpacking or are you busy with an early arival??? I remember this time when people kept ringing just to see if anything had happened yet. Take care.
