Watcha Wearing Wednesday

Today's outfit... what has become my "house uniform" of tracksuit pants and a t-shirt. Today we've gone stripey, partnered with the latest accessory - a sleeping baby.

Wearing the sling in an attempt to get things done around the place. How does anyone get things done with a newborn? As small and adorable as she is, she certainly does suck up time!

Drop by Dear Fi to check out some less homely Wednesday fashions.

Yeah baby takes up a lot of time! And they'll demand your attention at the wrong time i.e. when you're in the toilet. She sure enjoys sleeping in the sling close to mummy!

I love the stripes! and baby looks so content in her sling too...you'll find your time when the opportunity arises even with two I still manage to find time...it sort of just evolves..like now!

That's a beautiful photo. She looks so content. It's hard to believe she would wake up and start being demanding of your time. I suppose there are so many changes to adapt to, time management being one of them. It will happen, no doubt, as priorities inevitably change too. Thank you for continuing to bless us with these beautiful updates!

I'm a big fan of stripes...And little ones too of course...I have never been able to master the sling and getting things done around the house. She is just precious!!

Congrats on your beautiful girl baby!
When she starts getting bigger or you find you would like to use two hands then look into a Moby Wrap. I have one with my youngest and soooo wish I had it with my others. No back pain, two hands free, snug up against mum :)

What a lovely pic. I love the sling. I travelled in Africa years ago and all babies were carried in sarongs tied in a similar fashion. I don't ever remember hearing a baby cry. They always seemed so settled close to their mother's heart.

slings are such a life saver! i have some pouch slings that I still use, although she's getting big. i can't seem to get used to carrying her on my hip, as i probably should by now, the weight all on one side hurts my hips and lower back! i still carry her upright in front of me, facing me... and she still likes it!
