Pushing Tin

There's some lovely morning sun coming through the front window into my apartment this morning. I grabbed a coffee table and pulled it into a warm spot and got to work on some tins for my fabric pendants.

Some fabric strips I prepared last night in front of a DVD.

Finally, some fabric scraps deemed even too small for me to use (but don't think I didn't put some thought into it before throwing them away!).

All finished!

I saw the cutest little teddy bear made from the kimono fabrics (something like on kimonocollections.com.au). I'm sure you could make one even better and soon you will have a little someone to make it for!

I had to laugh at you trying to think of something to do with the tiny scraps! Now is a time for purging not hoarding!!!! Although as my own house groans and threatens to explode a mass af pretty little fabric pieces and useful and interesting things that have absolutely no use at all I understand that comment totally!
