I went to Matsumoto when I was in Japan and just loved the castle. I wish we had been able to go to Himeji Castle too but it was being renovated and was covered in scaffolding when we were there. Oh and I loved the manhole covers in Matsumoto - so colourful!
Hi Melanie - say 'Hello" to you Mum for me & tell I am completely & utterly jealous. Japan is still on my wish list to visit - loved your photos (Chris Jones)
Thank you for taking time to comment, I treasure each and everyone one of them. I always reply to them in my head, but must confess, these days it takes me much longer to actually email that reply.
