I've been sugar free for just over a week now and I have to admit that today I'm finding it a struggle. I'm finding some comfort however in a good cup of tea.
Haha, I hadn't read the other comments but I see a recommendation for a T2 tea. I was going to recommend Sencha Sensation. I guess it depends on how sweet your sweet tooth is, but I love this one for a sweet, soothing, after dinner tea. The Nighty Night is also really good. It genuinely helps you have a good sleep.

You should try T2's blend of 'Teriffic Toffee'! Gives the illusion of having something sweet yet has no added sugar! It's win, win!!
