After having bought a walking foot months ago, I finally went back to the shop today to have them show me how to put it on my machine. So far, it's sewing like a dream. And you may notice, that for once, I'm sewing in a fabric that, shock, horror, doesn't have any red in it!

Despite the EXTREMELY SHOCKING fact that there is no red in that fabric, I'll forgive you. It's so pretty that no wonder you had a moment of weakness. :)

ReplyDeleteThat's so funny about the red! i looked in my wardrobe yesterday, and was confronted by SO MUCH RED! I knew I liked it, but I didn't realised I had so much of it!
ReplyDeleteAh, the walking foot. I have a battle attaching it every time I attempt any machine quilting. Once it's on though, it's all smooth sailing and worth the fight. No red? What better time than New Year to break into a new colour phase!
