I can't believe we've already been at home with our little one for two weeks! My mum who was such an amazing help and support has returned to New Zealand and we've since been finding our own rhythm. I'm happy to say that she's letting us get some sleep around her 3 hourly feeds and DH and I continue to get lost in how adorable she is.
Over the last couple of days, I even managed to sew a softie for a friend's daughter's birthday. I used Kristen Doran's bunny pattern which was very easy to follow and I think came out really cute.
In the meantime, the little one (I haven't come up with a blog alias for her yet) continues to grow and change every day.
congrats on your gorgeous little munchkin :) our littlie is 8 weeks old tomorrow, time flies when there's tiny people in the house! love the softy too!
Glad to hear that you are getting the hang of things! The bunny is cute. You'll definitely enjoy motherhood as I think it's the best job ever! The rewards are intangible! Your little princess is so adorable! Just like a little doll! ^_^
Thank you for taking time to comment, I treasure each and everyone one of them. I always reply to them in my head, but must confess, these days it takes me much longer to actually email that reply.
